Once upon a time, I was a Chemistry and Physics teacher unraveling the mysteries of the universe, juggling protons, neutrons, and the occasional rebellious electron, and yep, I was the cool teacher who made explosions in the lab and had students excited about Avogadro's number.
But life is all about dynamic changes.
So, when life threw me the ultimate curveball, and I faced the challenge of being a solo parent, real estate became my way out. I traded the periodic table for spreadsheets and became a licensed broker in the Philippines.

While I leveraged my teaching skills when I worked with top developers in the country by providing sales support through presentations and client engagement to agents and brokers I managed, they weren't enough —Sales required a different mindset.
I had to guide people through fear, and uncertainty, anticipate their concerns, and instill confidence in their high-stakes financial commitments because buyers and sellers often hesitated, doubted, or second-guessed their decisions.
And at that time, I wasn’t there yet.
When I had another child, I knew I needed a more flexible lifestyle—so I stepped into the world of virtual assistance.
This role opened doors I never expected.
I gained hands-on experience in US real estate operations, including transaction management, social media marketing, running a real estate coaching class campaign, and lead generation through funnel design.
